The Wallpaper Colors are Making my Brain Sick

Lets see here, we've got slate gray, green-gray, off-gray, Jean Grey, Earl Grey and two other shades of yucky green. Menu colors, mainframe colors, whatever you'd care to call them. NOT the ingame colors, which were just revamped.

I appreciate the need for neutral shades, but I believe its time for a fresh coat of paint. Earthtones, mild blues and reds, something, anything.

I reckon customization is out of the question? Perhaps a patch could be written a la greasemonkey? I'm out of my depth here, so please be constructive with your criticism to my criticism. Then I'll promise to be constructive re: my criticism re: your criticism re: my initial criticism regarding the colors.

Wonder how many people will still think I'm referring to the in-game player colors.

The user interface is already on lack's to-do list. That's why they hired a UI Guru. Check the Announcement forum.
