BOB is a greasemonkey script that runs on CC pages. What greasemonkey scripts do is alter what the page looks like and what happens when something happens or when you do something, ect. ect. It's essentially a program that runs on Firefox. What BOB in particular does it it will give you all sorts of stats and information on your games. It will tell you how much the next set is worth, the number of territories you and your opponents have, how many armies per turn you guys are getting, ect. ect., as well as a few other neat feature. I would really recommend getting it, but first you must be using Firefox, and you have to download greasemonkey.

Download Firefox via that link.

Download greasemonkey via that one (just click the big green button...).
After you've got greasemonkey installed, click this link:

Now you've got BOB
Now that you've got BOB (or do you?), there are a few other scripts you can get, such as the Dice Analyzer, Saved Searches, Clickable Maps, and an addon or two for Firefox as well, such as Conquertell. Check out the Plug-ins and Add-ons forum for these, and just post in there or in Q&A if you have any more questions

In the Bob menu - on the left - there are "Map Centering" buttons - clcik these until you line the co-ordinates up...Crazy_Ivan wrote:When I enable BOB, all of the functions work, but on my map the numbers are all duplicated, as if each number has a shadow. Does anyone else have this problem, or have a solution?!
Thanks!
The vagaries of browsers and PC's etc mean that 90% of people have it as fine - and the other 10% have to adjust the armies...

Move your cursor to the far left of your window and move it around a bit until it pops back up.Poocho wrote:Ok, I just installed it, and it looks useful.... until you set Show Menu (or whatever it's called) to Off. Then you lose the entire menu you had on the left of the screen with no apparent way to turn it back on.
Is there a way to get into BOB again to edit its settings?
Thanks,
Poocho
