A bizarre story here.

A czech speedway rider has an accident, knocking him unconcious. He wakes up, and begins speaking in fluent, flawless English.

He had been taking english lessons, but was extremely basic, and very broken.

Almost as bizarre as the geordie (north-east england) lady who regained conciousness, and began to speak with a strong Jamaican dialect.
