A finite number: one to perform the task and an additional number to act in a manner stereotypical of the group in question.

How many Asians does it take to change a light bulb?

19. 1 to change the light bulb, and 18 to get into car accidents on the way to view the changing of the light bulb.

my mom drives fine, at an average speed of 30 mph on streets and freeways. she just swears at every car that passes by. and mexicans, if she sees any.
