If I recall, women were cursed to suffer the pain of childbirth - which is now no longer the case since ether and epidurals were introduced; and men were cursed to toil in the fields, which most of us haven't done since the agrarian revolution, so at best the human curses lasted less than 7000 years (based on the Noah chronology).
Serpents can also swim, climb trees and fall with style (not technically flying).
We seem to have overcome the curses already.
