Is there a place to look at a record/log of how my points rating has changed over time?

You could in theory use MapRank and pull certain dates. I think you can also go to Running Scoreboard and pull dates, starting with your start date and move outward? I dunno though.

Yeah, running scoreboard would give you periodic looks at your score.
