I hope you realise it never moved. It's always been part of Spain/Portugal region...actually that entire region...

anytime there is map used for the monthly Challenge, it goes at the top of the list. Since September challenge won't end before end of October there is also 4 other maps at the top (Germany, WWII Poland, France, British Isles)
