Losing points because of a cheat

In this game johnathansage has been kicked out for 'violating rules' (and on all his games); presume he was a multi account user or something. However, in this game he absolutely rinsed me and I have been effectively left helpless as my play was all about breaking his vast bonuses and I was the only player who tried to stop it.

Now he has been kicked out and I am in a completely hopeless position. Is it fair that I will lose the points due to a cheats play against me?

Seems to me you would have lost the game to green even if light blue hasn't been kicked out.
