Question about linking to profile

I have an excel sheet with lots of cool features :-)

but I want to link from an excel sheet (which is filled from the conquerclub API) to a profile page on the forum

the hyperlink is:
http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/member ... e&u=235033

from excel the link is opened in chrome and the result is this:
http://www.conquerclub.com/public.php?m ... ect=forum/

in chrome the hyperlink to the profile is working correct.

What do I do wrong, or is it not possible to link from an external program to a player profile in phpbb?

it doesn't work because you are not logged in. so you get to the login screen. it should work if you are logged in

i'm logged in... i forgot to mention it...
still doesn't work...

can anyone reproduce this?
I work with office 2013 and Excel AND Word do not work with this link...

test with link to profile in word failed as well.

i tried in libreoffice excel and it worked if i was logged in aka already had CC open in one tab.
