In the dim prehistory of this site there was a player called deliaselene who was guested during one of twill's pogoms against paying users. There has never been an official reason given for said guesting. Then a few years later there was another female player Captain_Scarlet who is also a guest, flying an american flag though was an Australian resident and citizen for the entire time I knew her. Busted for supposedly being a deliaselene multi.
Am wondering with this brave new world of letting people say things. Some members who in the past were banned for what they said(whose e-feeling's they hurt), not for their actions. Some of those players are returning. In a newly deconstructed site where people with funny coloured user names call paying users venereal diseases. Where those tasked with running the various fora post inappropriate stickies. Surely in this world Captain Scarlet may make a return.

The man himself, bW, has said previously permabanned members are allowed to return as a one off chance, and a quick scan through closed C&A reports makes it rather obvious they've been allowed to do so under new accounts.

I personally know Deliaselene/Captain_scarlet, her ex-husband mumbles and her son who also had an account here, who's CC name I won't release as he was a minor at the time. I knew them for a year or so before CC and I introduced them to CC, so I feel very conflicted in discussing the matter
