Please change the way the "next game" button works

I'm gonna refrain from using the provided form since this more a desperate plea than a suggestion
For the umpteenth time since the last change of the interface, I clicked on the "next game" button when I was actually in the middle of my turn. So PLEASE, FOR CHRISTS SAKE, change it back to how it was or something similar.
I am painfully aware that being so distracted that I click on the wrong button is my very own problem, but on the other hand a user interface that allows a user to make a mistake repeatedly is a total failure (especially if said UI is supposed to be an improvement of a previous UI that did not allow the user to make that mistake).
Generally speaking: You're doing a wonderful job at improving CC, introducing new features and so on, but you SUCK at UX/UI-design (Sorry to be so blunt, but the truth sometimes hurts). So either get some knowledge about UX/UI-design (which is by far not as easy as it sounds) or get a designer to do that job for you, but in the meantime please stop making changes for the worse.

So much for my rant, now back on topic: That button is really throwing me off and I can't be the only one. Please change it, so it's not displayed while taking a turn, that can't be that hard to do.
