cause this guys is most probably trying to setup demonfork. i doubt demonfork could be dumb enough to create amulti acount with almost the same username.

huh, went to check the game and the player. from qatar seriously??? well there is some kind of joke there. his username obviously is a reference to demonfork who is a big freestlye player. so someone might have moved to qatar and create a new account, being demonfork who knows he can't be caught, or someone who is trying to set him up. either way, don't think the mods can do anything about it, there is no evidence.
