Boulder, CO was already flooded in several areas, and several places in Colorado are currently unknown in status due to floods and heavy rains.

It spread out to about a 7ft wave. And Colorado has been getting a year's worth of moisture in the last week. Hell, its been flooding in all the Front Range, even West Laramie (seperated by the railroad here) is flooding.
