Unification Italy - no special victory conditions?

I guess I should have asked this before starting the game, but:

In Unification Italy, it says: "Game Objective: Control all shields and unite the kingdom of Italy to achieve victory."

I thought this meant that if you held the 4 shields for a turn you win, like some other maps. I guess this is not the case?

Bahaha never mind... apparently you have to start your turn in order to trigger the win. Sorry!
