What happened to clickable maps???

What happened to clickable maps? I use Safari 6 on a Mac and since about a week ago, the hover pop-up is way too close to the country army count location that the map is not longer clickable - or not friendly at all. I got used to it but I can no longer use it practically.

This has been getting quite a bit of press lately ... but no fix has been offered that I know of.

That's related to changes implemented this past weekend -- moving the Round number label to the right of the screen, and moving the BOB buttons to make room for advertisements for freemiums. There are a few different topics floating around the forum about the havoc it's causing for BOB users and clickable maps.

You're definitely not alone! The best workaround I've seen proposed so far is to turn off BOB, take your turn, turn BOB back on, then take your snapshot, in cases where the BOB buttons have moved below the map.

The fix is to wait for BOB to be updated. Changes to the game page causing it to break is nothing new. I am not sure who is maintaining BOB right now though...

tournament games do not suffer it, only regular games do

I have a couple regular games and the only problem I've been having is the snap controls being on the bottom of the screen in those games.

I am having this issue (The message that says "click to attack" and BOB's highlights flash when I mouseover an army number.) with Windows 7 and both Chrome & Firefox, so that's not it. (Disabling BOB removes the issue.)

I think I may have stumbled on to a "workaround" ... changing the BOB setting to move the chat to the top seems to have repositioned the popups so they don't interfere with the clickable maps functionality. It's taking a little getting used to, but I think I could get accustomed to having the chat as the first thing I see on the game/map page. Seems to be working in my regular games and in the tournament games.

It must be a setting thing. I have the same thing as agent com. My snaps are sometimes at the bottom of the maps. I am NOT getting the popup problem though.

I use firefox and windows.

My guess is maybe it is something with the individual bob settings that is making the popups happen for some people but not for others?
