It's blatant that this is one user using two profiles. One of the accounts is ranked as a chef, the one in which he uses to set up the other to win with, & they wont attack each other. French Canada is being held by TiD with 1 person guarding the Nova Scotia/New York border while Earl The Pearl is 'ironically' holding, or attempting to hold, Eastern USA, & the border hasn't been attacked by Earl The Pearl once, which obviously makes no sense. Its early on in the game so the evidence will continue to come as the game progresses.

One is from France, the other from USA.

TiD and Earl The Pearl are CLEARED of being multi's. You made this complaint after round 3. Players are jockeying for position. I don't see any SD here.
