Another XML question
Is it possible to code "starting locations" so every time player 1 starts on the same spot. Could be good for making first "assault vs. defense" map, where always players 1-4 would start on one side of the map, and 5-8 on the opposite. That map should be reserved only for dubs, trips and quads... if that can be done it opens a lot of possibilities, like creating "tower defense" map etc.

If you are thinking of team game starts, then not right now.
Right now this can only be done for 2 players as above that, you get the random drop of the positions. Knights and Trench Warfare have 1v1 xmls so in 2 player games, you start at opposite ends of the board. Above 2 players, you get random drop. Labs map also has it for 4 players, but here you will get a random drop of the four starting positions. This would be nice to see in the future though along with a few other things.

Thank you, that was the question. I wanted to draft a top vs. bottom map for singles, doubles, trips and quads, where each team starts either on bottom or on top of the map (for example, Quads in FNA, team 1 holds entire North America and team 2 holds entire South America)koontz1973 wrote:If you are thinking of team game starts, then not right now.
