Which actually is not against the rules. Breaking a truce without notice can be poor sportsmanship, but you won't see anyone disciplined for it. (to my knowledge anyway) Truces are risky, because after all, one of these rounds you're going to have to attack that other player if you want to win.

and many a time if you suicide someone who broke a truce or is abusive to you in game chat has resulted in a clear for the charged... if he does suicide it is clearly a revenge attack.
