Might help if they told it in personal though.

The OP got me convicted of Ratings Abuse last week. Out of the blue the charge appeared and I had no clue who this dude was. I asked him if he had nothing better to do with his life. He replied that he was doing it for a friend who I had given a bad rating. Really?

Well ther is some good knowledge. If milkshake is doing if for a friend who is banned, which could be the only possible reason why, or the friend would do it himself, then that is against the rules. If you still have that pm Wizard,2010, you should file a charge against milkshake.

Well if Wizard 2010 still has the corrispondence between you 2, and it says that is the reason you file a C&A against him, then that it pretty damning evidence.

He's not suggesting that he's doing for a friend "who was banned" - all Wizard2010 says is "for a friend".

Put it this way. If I look on my wife's wall, and see that she got rated all 1's by somebody, it might tick me off, no? I might say something to her, and she might not like it, but doesn't care enough to actually look to see what other ratings he's left others. So I go and look, and lo and behold, this tosser has rated EVERYONE all 1's. I show my wife, but she still can't be bothered to file a report. So I file a report, because hey, abuse is abuse, whether I've been a victim or not.

As that story shows, a player might file a report on behalf of a friend, not because they are banned and can't file their own complaint, but because they simply care more than the person who suffered the poor rating. Make sense now, Evolution299?
