these guys got caught forming an alliance in game 337315 and now that theyve been found out they refuse to take their turns (this is an rt game)

I can back this up, I was there. Also if you look at game 335328, the third player in the game has to ask them to attack each other, which means they must have had a secret alliance in that game too.
