enter game before it starts

Concise description:

• basicly the idea is that you can join a game before it starts to talk with the others/teammates

Specifics/Details:

• you dont get your troop placement before the game starts (obviously) but if your playing a map for the first time you could look at the details of the map

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• its just an all around goodness

I have wanted to this before and I think it's a great idea. It wouldn't work with Random maps, as far as the map showing up, but you could still type in the chat.

I would like to see this.
