Comments : These two appear to be playing together, or are the same person. I noticed that they often play within seconds of each other in a game where with so many players and wierd times the odds point to cheating.

Can you give us some more info about why you think they are "Conducting Secret Diplomacy" ?
The multi part will be checked, but I don't think they are multi's with eachother (1 from Usa, other from Mexico)
