Neither guy attacked eachother until I was gone. Would you call that a secret alliance?

Probably, but don't go accusing on feedback, that's the most annoying thing, especially because there's always the doubt that maybe they both just happened to see you as a weaker opponent and wanted to get you out of the way, or something to that sort.

Yes, I would leave them both negative feedback. If they weren't in an alliance they should have had no problem stating that when asked. I think they talked themselves into negative feedback.

One of them posted 8 minutes after the question was asked, the other 5 minutes after that.

They talked themselves into negative feedback. If they didn't want to answer in the game chat then they can respond to the negative feedback it they want to.

report it in the cheats and abuse forum saying you suspect a secret alliance. If proven then they will be blocked from playing each other. at that point if the case was proved I would leave neg feedback.

due to the fact that they joined about the same time, are both from Canada, and play a majority of games together...
