Clan tags

Okay this is my first suggestion so bare with me please.

Concise description:

• So while playing call of duty black ops i came across this crazy idea that I think would help get the word of different clans and their members out there. Simply by have gamer clan tags. For instance [AOD]murphy16, or something like that

Specifics/Details:

• short but posted up above

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• Gets the clans and it's members more noticeable to the site.

Yeah, the only problem comes in with differentiating between clans and usergroups which I would imagine would be tough on a basic level. So we'll basically need blake to implement his current procedures for better integration with clans and the forums that I think he's working on, before we can look to this, tho ofc there's already something similar to this in the works by what blake said a few posts ago.

i think myself and my fellow bandits and our fine organization are more than noticeable on this site... being sexy is the key... anyway, i think this is a cool idea if you mean to put tag clans on names within the GAMES... maybe hyper link them to the join threads for each clan. that would get people that have never been to the forums, to possibly say, "what the F is that? let me click it," and they would stumble into the world that less than 3% of us all enjoy...-the black sexy jesus

Then more people would read owen's posts and they'd stop coming to the forums, so it would be a wash.

I think the sigs are the most noticable part of clanmembers. but you could make them clickable ofcourse!

I was just pondering the same idea....I was thinking of calling it "Clan Flags"....put it next to your name in a nameplate form. Each clan can create their own, but it has to be uniform for each member nameplate in the clan. Very good idea here.
