flate rate spoils

ive been playing a lot of flate rate spoils games lately, and i have been using a (shitty) strategy to wait untill i can cash three different colors to get 10 spoils unless i really need the troops....i was wondering what you guys do and why thanks

Honestly it really depends on the circumstances of the game. Yes a Rainbow is great to land but if your about to get attacked, knocked from a strategic area or even eliminated I would think somthing is better then nothing.
