Find all games with XXX and you

Concise description: On another player's profile it has a link that says "You have played against X number of times" Then has a link to all these games.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
Makes it easier when going for medals and I regularly find myself wanting to know if I have played another player when viewing their profile, without the hassle of going to game finder.

Yes, but that does not do the rest of us any good. I am sorry, but it gets rather frustrating to see over and over (in essence) "we don't need this becuase I have an add on that can do it". Not everyone can or wants to use those add ons. They are fine, but the fact that they exist means there IS a demand, but becuase they are not integral to CC, are only available to some people.

Nobody said we don't need it. They were just providing to the user that it is on the site via an Add-on. If Add-on's were never implemented onto the site, why was Team Spoils implemented? Why is clickies for the whole site being worked on?

Gonna say that the add on takes care of the demand. That's not something that's hard to do at all. It's quite easy to figure out.

Its just there are about 30 threads, if not more where the main argument against an idea is "Bob" (or another add on) can do that. Its frustrating for those of us who, for one reason or another either cannot or don't want to use external add-ons.

We should remove the link to all the games each player has played on their profile using this logic

Concise description:

• When viewing someone's profile there is a link named "Find all games with XXX" and XXX is the username of that profile, it will show you all games that user is in, now my suggestion is to add another link named "Find all games with XXX and you" and that link would show all games that you and that player were or are in.

Specifics/Details:

• The "Find all games with XXX" is linked to this:
  player.php?mode=find&submit=Search&p1=XXX&so=D
  That XXX is username of viewing profile.
• The new "Find all games with XXX and you" would be linked to this:
  player.php?mode=find&submit=Search&p1=XXX&p2=YYY&so=D
  XXX is still the same and YYY would be username of the user who is viewing the profile.
• This is how profiles are shown now:

• There is only 1 exception when a user is viewing his/her own profile (XXX==YYY), in that case the "Find all games with XXX and you" should not be shown.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• It is so cool when you are viewing someones profile, you be able to find the games you have played before fast. Actually whenever I click on someones name I click on find all games and then I add &p2=ISN2 parameter myself cause I'm always curious to see if we have played any games before and how much I won/lost.

I dont think it would be wrong for Lack to add it to the website. however, you can get there normally by searching the search a game link. Also the bob addon does it, although thats not really a valid reply not to code it into the site.
Overall its handy, but not neccecary.

I used BOB, it's a rally good add-on but as it slows down games, I have always it disabled and only enable it when I want to learn a new map or take or see screen shots, and I guess most of the people are like me and have it disabled always by default ...

Doing that by "Game Finder" is hard to do, you most copy or type both usernames.
And about coding this, I'm sure it will not take more than 2 minutes to code, only 2 <dd> and <dt> tags are required in template for it and a few lines of php code.
