remove busted users ratings

first of all, sorry about my poor English. I'm doing my best. It's also the first time I write here, I hope I do right

I suggest that when a player is found guilty of breaking the rules, the rating he has given are removed. Or almost those related to his fault.

Six months ago CanuckSteve accused me in the C&A forum of having secret diplomacy with Tetracorp. I didn't take any notice till today. I'm very surprised. I only played one game with these guys, I didn't knew Tetracorp, I haven't played with him before, and I haven't played with him after. In the research done by the multi hunter, I was cleared. But he found a second account for CanuckSteve. You can see here the thread:

CanuckSteve was busted (God justice? XD), but in my profile remain the bad ratings he gave me with the "secret diplomacy" label. I'm proud of my good ratings, and now I know a multi hunter has checked me, I want my ratings cleared of the offence too.

I think this clearing ratings must be part of the resolution of a (proven false) C&A accusation. In second thought, another suggestion would be to send a post to a player who is being blamed in the C&A forum.

I also think the accused should be contacted and given a chance to defend themselves.

It is a good idea, I think it has been suggested in the past and pretty much ignored and/or a lot of members were against the idea. I believe this suggestion should be given consideration because the ratings never go away.
