Take out U2 and put someone like bob dylan or the band or just take them off. Also not sure if Metallica should be up there either. Great band but don't know if they deserve to be towards the top.

Little Richard? Really? As much as I hate U2 and dislike the Beats, Little Richard is like a fucking minor leaguer and Lyndyd Skynyrd isn't close. Elvis? Maybe to replace Metallica

Little Richard helped make Rock rock. Like it or not, he's about as major as one can be. Skynyrd is in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. So they must be doing something right. And Elvis was known as the King for a reason. So AOG has failed in his attempt to put down some of the people that have made Rock what it is. Also, Aerosmith is another good one that should be up there as well, otherwise you know zip about rock.

1. A lot of bands are in the HoF.
2. I said maybe Elvis. I just want to see how much support there is before I replace what's on the list.
2. A lot of people helped make Rock n' Roll. We're talking about the greatest bands, not who helped invent rock.

I think "Folka Polka" deserves a spot. They created such polka hits as, "Stop Polking Me", "Slowpolk", and "Al Capolka".

Please no Elvis on the list. The other bands at least have a case for them. Stealing music makes you a crook not a good musician. Although if this was my list I'd remove all of the bands, it's really all subjective. The way I see it there are real artists and pop artists, and any real artist can be seen as good as another and the pop artists shall BURRRRRRRRRRN.

I think "Folka Polka" deserves a spot. They created such polka hits as, "Stop Polking Me", "Slowpolk", and "Al Capolka".

Weird Al is the omnipotent King of Polka, so don't even try.

No, I agree with Aradhus. Both of these bands are really good and I like them both, but they're not with the bands listed (maybe Metallica or Van Halen)

You could do this generationally, although there were more great bands in the 60s and 70s then in the aughts.
