Add Rollover Text to the Conquer Club masthead when it changes for special events like Veterans Day.
Specifics/Details:
Like many other site users, I didn't at first get that the CC logo at the top of the page was a poppy when it was changed a couple of weeks ago to honor veterans. Many sites use mouseover/rollover text to provide additional information when users move their cursors over an image, such as when Google has a special logo or where xkcd includes additional comemntary or jokes in the Alt text.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
I know I'd be very interested to know why the changes have been made. I don't think the red ribbon is for Red Ribbon Week or for the October Revolution, and I'm guessing the red ribbon's in the masthead to remind us of those who serve in our nations' militaries, but it could be for any number of other things, too, like AIDS or Breast Cancer (although if it were Breast Cancer, the whole masthead would probably be pink) awareness.

Often when we link to Official CC celebrations, we'll include a link in the masthead. For general non-celebrations, we could look into something like this.
