In some of his games the poor ratings and tags could be justified, but in most (as sampled above) it seems to be revenge ratings for bad luck, bad drop, losing, etc...

Comments: In most games he won, he gives out 4 star ratings with Quick and Cooperative ratings. Most games (if not all) that he loses, 1 star with mostly same tags. I believe there is consistency that could be considered ratings abuse.

I'm not complaining about me personally being given a bad rating. I'm not asking that the ratings he gave me are removed.

What I am asking is that he is given a warning for consistently giving out bad ratings whenever he loses a game. It may be a silly rule, but it's still da rules.

I don't care about the rating he left me. This report is not about a single rating that he left.
He is consistently abusing the ratings system, and should be punished accordingly.

I don't care about the rating he left me. This report is not about a single rating that he left.
He is consistently abusing the ratings system, and should be punished accordingly.

rating system sucks and its abused all the time, nothing will happen here but a little warning. At least that is what happened when i reported something similar / worse then this one.

Yes I agree the old way was better posative negative or neutral feedback was better then the ratings. This way just sucks as it is when u get 1 complaint about it everyone else seems to go rushing through there ratings to see who they can complain about

Exactly. The system isn't very good as it is, we can at least try to take the abusers out...

But if the problem is the person doing the rating then don't blame an imperfect system. The point about the rating system is that it is subjective, so you have to just suck up the fact that sometimes you will get a bad rating which you feel is undeserved. However when someone consistently misuses the rating system they should be banned from using it.

Who's worse - the one doing the complaining, or the one repeatedly screaming at him to stop complaining? It seems to me that you don't have a horse in this race, so I'm not sure what you're getting all worked up about. It's a valid complaint.

Really? 164 games in and your rated 3.7. That speaks volumes. So ratings aren't a complete waste of time and its up to us to protect the system as best as we can.
