VDLL Academie [FORMING]

hi all,

I wish to start up a new usergroup called: VDLL Academie. This is a usergroup for people from the clan: De Veroveraars Der Lage Landen. but also for people that wish to join this clan. in the VDLL Academie, the new members are filtered wether or not they should join the competetive part of the VDLL.
Is this the right place to start a usergroup or do i need to fill out a form or something?

I already have found 10 members for this group
