[Rules] Restrict Woodboro for New Recruits

Can the map be added to the "too hard" list for new recruits...there are some points farmers operating four player games and reaping heaps of points from noobs...this is IMO too good a mpa to let these shysters scare people away to the point it will fall into disrepute due to little use...There are two many possies screwing it over but they never play each other...funny that...thorts? :evil:
