edit- looked at the game, you conquered THREE neutrals Round 1, 6 total... that's not how you win the game. And when he went on his run he held a big bonus area so he got 14 troops

"should have been getting 5 units" = "got 20 units, as he should have"

There wasn't even fog in this game. If you don't even understand how bonuses work, you're a loooong way from being able to make cheating accusations.

Still not sure what roles the dice were playing; I thought they were always cast as "Intensity Cube 1-3"...

Realized that, which is why Im not going to waste time on that wild goose chase, nor do i really care if he gets punished. Ill nost likely never play him anyway, and it wouldnt be worth my effort. Just thought id point it out...

Haha, you gave me the game by attacking all neutrals and leaving a bunch of singles on a brand new map. Cheating, thats rich! I mean I did have the dice modification that gave me all 6s working, but that is not cheating. If you want it also, just hit "ctrl e" before attacking.

There is no game abuse here nor ever was. When I looked through the game log the troops were distrubited as they should be there is no evidence of a bug or anything. You were out played simple as that. This case is cleared and closed.
