Interesting to note that CC-mods have deemed that the onus of proof for "secret diplomacy" automatically falls on the English-speaker...there is enuff in the (albeit rough) translation to suggest strategy...support: You haven't yET asked them in Game Chat to speak in english or at least translate...given that the only mention of Game names is with you and the Italian-based player may re-inforce secret diplomacy but so blatant it is not even cloaked other than behind another language not all players understand...

interesting that the word (translated from Cryillic) 'higurashi(x2), Kilko and Siso' do not translate into English. perhaps you could tell us qwerty if they, or some of them, are serbian names? they are placed within the translation in such a way that they suggest they are...if so, then it's more than just a slap on the wrist as the (possible) names do not match translation of "game names" and would show that they know each other and they ARE suggesting moves against the non-Serb players...if Qwerty cannot assist on this perhaps folder mods should seek further advice before closing the thread.
