In this game Dog Racker holds NA, lightly defended, blue next too it, holding SA. Does not attack Green. Also Blue SA is sdefended only by one troop and Green does not attack. Instead Blue attacks me. Then Green holds Europe and NA, lightly defended, again Blue does not attack Green and attacks me.
Also their turns are taken minutes apart and they are both from USA.

This could be bad game playing, but sure looks like multi or collision to me
