Concise description:
you can type in text when you leave raitings

Specifics/Details:
when you to leave a rating you can can add teaxt
it will let you know how the player is like if you leave the tag poor strategy then tell them why or not


How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
if you are in join a game and you look at the persons rating and it says he logs out and has a poor stragy and your a freemium it tells you not play against that person

This was apart of the Feedback system. But it can be easily used poorly, by players lieing, swearing, using bigotry, etc.

This is a feature that was removed. My guess is it was abused so bad that they only want you give people fixed feedback now so that you can't offend people in specific ways in rating now. Sure I hated some of my feedback then, but it was MUCH more meaningful that 3 stupid categories of 1 star each with no actual explanation...
