Option to include a message with game invite

When inviting someone to a game, allow the user the option of including a brief message.


Specifics/Details:
When Player A invites someone to a game, the site automatically sends Player B a PM with the link to the game and Player A's name. I think we should also have the option of including a brief message.

Examples of useful messages one might write:
"You, me, world 2.1 against swords"
"invite a teammate and play against me and my pal"
"i've invited 5 of my cc friends to play trips against each other. have fun!"


How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
It will allow you to give the players more info about the game you're inviting them to, particularly in reference to who else you've invited.

Ex. Let's say you have a regular doubles partner. We'll call him PoshyToy. PT invites you to a game, which you assume is another doubles game, since that's what you usually play together. Instead you realize you're on the opposite team as him, paired up with a less than great player, while PT is playing with the best player on the site for that map.

If my suggestion is implemented, it would give PoshyToy the chance to explain to his stunning and really fantastic doubles partner than she will instead be playing against him and who she will be paired up with.

Anyways, this would be helpful. There is the "View Game" link, but i don't think enough people utilize this.

What a coincidence! I didn't even notice that.

I agree that the view game link is underutilized, but it also fails to let you know who else it playing in the game, depending on when you view it. Also, sometimes you're inviting someone to a game who you don't know well, it'd be nice to include a note like 'hey there, saw you in callouts. i hate playing that map with those settings, but if you're interested, join this game with my preferred settings."

Back to topic,it's a great idea,also will be helpful to TO who sent invites and want to say something.Just currently im in a tournament where the TO sends 2 pm one with the invitation and the other with my situation in the game.Like that in the invite can talk too,and would save him a little of time.Of course...sending the game number and pw could work too but we like sending invites

ow ha ha i think this sug should be changed to lert us change our user names please also lay off joshy as he has said he fluffed his .

this is something lack should think about.
