I agree it has been 5 rounds now with no aggressions towards each other and no pressure to stand up their borders with no Warning of an alliance in chat except

Either they communicated on each others wall before this post which has been erased or they did it via PM's. Either way I got nothing but this one sentence and this trend that they have. They have never played a game before this one, so they will both be Warned and re informed of the Secret Diplomacy rule. If they continue to do this again then they will be Blocked from playing together.
