Active games other people have

Post by happy2seeyou »

Concise description:
  • Show when peoples turns are ready when looking at other peoples games. When we look at our own games, we can just look at the legend to see who has the next turn. When we search for a game that we are not in, we cannot see who is up or how much time is remaining unless we enter each game.
Specifics:
  • ready to play
  • playing
  • waiting for turn
  • waiting for opponent to begin
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
  • We can make sure others don't miss a turn without having to log in as them or entering every game to see the time or if it's their turn.
  • Not sure what else to write here. Just a thought.

Yes! IMO - this is a good suggestion. A bit annoying that you can't see this info when reviewing game lists.

i guess you are meaning this to help babysitters of accounts could you also add a auto message feature that you can post in all active games to this as its a pain when the account has 100 games and you have to write in all of them that u are taking shots

That would be an entirely different suggestion and need it's own thread for it. Write it up, sounds good.

H2SY, have you tried the ConquerTell add-on for FireFox? You can mouse over the active game icon to see how long they have left.
