The little F'ers put all their troops in one pile in the bonus they want, mind you its 8 man esc., and BAMMMM lets roll over AoN's shiot... I have lost more points in the last 2 weeks since Ive been back like this- its absurd.

I've tried it... it just makes it easier for nOObs to go for bonuses, and they are more than willing to take out your 4- and 5-stacks to do so.


Best settings to get manual uniques would either be quads with a good team (you will absolutely steamroll nOObs at an absurd rate) ... or 1v1/3-man speed freestyle.

The quads thing is so true i have won 87% of manual quads over 45 games, but the one vs one is also a good method as long as you don't want a high score just play manual freestyle speed on a common map like classic and the games will fill fast. Then just try to attack their stack if they are close or go for a bonus late if you are far away or they have trapped themselves (this happens quite often with noobs in Australia for classic map).

The manual medal is a bugger to get. I suggest playing the Feudal maps to get it, or City Mogul. You'll notice on those maps that the dropping of your troops does not affect the game at all, when compared with automatic.

Thanks for the tips guys. I think I have to have 200 more manual games :S //// so Ill use these Ideas. But yeah, 8 man esc Manual is funny to watch the cooks and privates. I have struggled to make officer since Ive been back and I think its because Im playing every game manual, and it was a brand new setting when I left before.
