More Random options

• add more random option

Specifics:

• add random setting for
  - deployment
  - play order
  - spoils
  
  as in the map choice the player can choose to make these option random

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• give the players more choices as far gameplay
• add new layer of play ...new stratergy etc
