As said above more often then not a new recruit will forget, get bored or what have you and abandon their games. This looks to be the story in this case. You will have to continue on in the game until they either show back up or forfeit 3 turns consecutively.

Games wont be deleted on CC.

And it appears that the OP has not significantly played enough games against ?'s to be considered guilty of farming, nor was it his intention to get the other 3 spots in this game filled with em.
