Star Wars Mafia Game Rules

The rules for this mafia game are fairly standard, I got the majority of them from mods in other games, as well as my own mind
1. This game is moded by me (gregwolf121), mostly because I started it and it was my idea, in this game I am the law. Whatever I say goes. If I do make a mistake by mistake, or if you spot something questionable tell me and ill either fix it or change it. All roles will be given out randomly and nothing that was requested by those signing up was taken into consideration

2. Do not quote any PMs you receive from the mod, aka me, The only thing you are allowed to post are your roles, and anything associated with them, for example, im obi wan and I can protect one person a night, not a real role so don’t use it for a fake claim. You may also say if you are affiliated with the empire or the rebellion. These are the only things that you may post during the active game, no exceptions unless I say there are.
This only applies during the active game, after I have said the game is over you can all post anything you want from the pm.

3. If you forget your role, or you delete it, that is your own fault. I suggest not doing either.

4. All ‘votes’ and ‘unvotes’ must be in bold. If they are not, they will not be tallied. (I.E. Vote: Guybrush Threepwood) if you vote twice without unvoting first the first vote will be on the official vote count list

5. Lynching requires a majority of the vote, and once the majority has been reached any and all unvotes will not be counted. The majority will be what I say it is, it may not be exactly half way but that is the way I want it to be so don’t argue that it should be something else. If you think I simply miscalculated tell me and ill decide what its supposed to be

6. Once your death scene has been posted, you are dead. You can no longer post anything revealing or of substance. One last post after your death will be tolerated as long as nothing that can influence the game is said

7. You may vote ‘no lynch’ to end the day without a death. You may also Vote Mod

8. The game will not be discussed outside this thread, unless your role specifically says you may do so. You can only pm a team member if your role says you can and when your role says you can, no daytime pming, except to the mod,

9. Do not edit/delete previous posts. Whatever you say goes into historical record.

10. Day scenes I write may be fun and comical, don’t read too far into them. No clues or game information will be hidden in the text.

11. Joking in the thread is fine, but don’t let it get carried away and take over as spam.

12. Be attentive and active in the game. If I see you are not posting at all, I will prod all those who are inactive. If there is no timely response, you will be replaced.

13. days and nights lengths will fluctuate, if there is lots of discussion no deadline will be set, if its too quite ill stir things up by posting a deadline

14. If you have any questions about whether you should or shouldn’t do something, or just need some clarification, feel free to PM me.

i should have posted this earlier but oh well, this game is made up of the empire and the rebels and maybe some third party players, there are more in the empire than there are in the rebellion, but the empire is considered the mafia and the rebels are considered the town, but you don't want to be asscotiated with the rebellion because the emperor wouldn't like it and try to kill you.
so its kind of reversed
the rebellion is town but in a more traditional mafia role, meaning less players, they know each other and you don't want to say your in the rebellion
the empire is mafia but in a more traditional town role, meaning more players, people don't know who others are, and you want to say your a good empirical citizen
