A CC Clock on the webpage

I think there should be a website game clock that way players can tell each other when they will be playing without having to work out the different time zones. Also if this game clock is put in, that would allow for the creation of games that would give players the choice to enter games where the other members would be available during the same peak times (allowing for faster games).
