Stockholm Map

Ok, nobody is going to care since Sweden (no, not Switzerland) is only the appendix of europe and our proud "Venice of the north" can only be liked by those who like truly beautiful cities.
Anyway, after seeing the Montreal map, I got inspired and though "Hey, my town is practically already divided into 'continents' so why not do a map?"
So here's a rough draft of it.

The thick lines ar continents and those dotted by blue is water which can't be crossed except at the red lines, the thinner lines are country borders.

Makes me want to visit Stockholm.

Very hard to decipher the country boundaries - could you thicken them up a bit?

Hmm, I'll try and fix it when I come to school. And yes, I know the borders are shitty, but as I say this is just a rough draft. I'll try and fix something when I get over to school
