In addition to the "Foe" button (which only has application in preventing players from joining your games and writing on your wall) the "SuperFoe" button would prevent your SuperFoes from quoting you in threads and prevent your SuperFoes from posting to discussions you started.

So, Foe is akin to a teenager who doesn't give his phone number to the dork in the class....ergo...the dork can't call him and won't know where he's gonna be on Saturday Night. SuperFoe keeps the dork from coming up to you at lunchtime and attempting to pretend you are friends. Also prevents the Football team from giving you a swirly.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Prevents idiots from quoting you and posting to your threads
Prevents the trolls, the flamers, the superposters, and anyone else who likes to hear themself speak from muddying up the forum.
Will allow the community to decide who can and cannot post on the forums. If enough people SuperFoe one of these people that tends to go nuts on the forum, then there is less need for moderators, and less need to ban people for ridiculous posts.
Should the banning of commenters continue, when they return from a ban, they might find that there is no one who wants to listen to them....and then we all can get back to what this site is all about: playing games!
