Negative Feedback Question?

As a new member of Conquer Club I have been looking at some of the Negative feedback some members leave for others to avoid making mistakes that will upset other players and ruin games.
This brings me to my question. Is it fair to leave negative feedback on a player just for not being good at the game itself?

I don't think a negitive feedback for just not being good at the game is fair.

for me not really. it is allowed but it has to be about that game. like for example

"left the game and never returned. deadbeated and when he made his move it was usually a crappy move."

that is something i would write. but i dont know if anyone else would agree with mine.

Kinda. If it's something like "Decided to reek the weakest player instead of the strongest." I can deal with that.

Negative feedback is valid for dead beating a game.
I have seen some negative feedbacks left for people that got killed off early in the game. I dont agree with that.

I give negatives for being awful all the time.
