Perhaps a dumb question, but you haven't actually specified the gametype, only the maps. I assume this is sequential but is it escalating, flat rate or no cards?

I did specify the game types in my description of the Second Round, but you are correct, I didn't do it anywhere else.

All games will be standard, sequential, flat rate, unlimited

Because East Coast Division has been filled, just like in the past only then not by American, but by the Dutchies on New Amsterdam
