No, I think that gay population needs more room than Slovenia. (Sorry Slovenian neighbors) 
Actually there's was a joke in Croatia: Slovenia declares the war on USA and drops a nuke on Washington.
After a week of constant waiting for American attack Slovenian president Drnovšek calls Bush and Bush shouts at him on the phone: We will kill you!!! Just give us a couple of minutes more till we found you on the map!!!
