I have the same cycle:

1. Login to PC
2. Play my CC games
3. Read news on CCN/CBC/BBC
4. Facebook
5. Watch Porn
6. Log out

Rest for a while due to exhaustion.

Rinse and Repeat steps 1 through 6 as needed.
